1) What type of artwork do you exhibit?

Coloursoup exhibits paintings, drawings, original prints and limited edition photography. We do not currently exhibit sculptures or installation art.

2) How is the artwork chosen for Coloursoup?

Artwork is selected on artistic merit by our panel of distinguished artists and curators. Our current selection panel includes Desmond Haughton and Melissa Scott Miller RP

3) Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?

Typically your artwork will arrive within 4 -5 working days. Deliveries outside the UK typically take 5 - 10 working days

4) Can I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?

Yes absolutely. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the artwork in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Simply give us a call on 0845 468 0323 to let us know (lines open 8am - 6pm).

5) What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?

You will need to repack the artwork in its original packaging. Please give us a call on 0845 468 0323 (lines open 8am - 6pm).

6) Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Please contact us either by phone or email (enquiries@coloursoup.com)

7) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by all major forms of debit and credit card, as well as by Paypal

8) Does Coloursoup provide a framing service?

Coloursoup does offer a bespoke framing service on demand. Please contact us by phone or email with your requirements

9) I'm interested in commissioning a piece - where do I begin?
