Artists Statement

As a Syrian artist who lived between Syria, China, and the UK I was unconsciously travelling through the eras, drifting by the successive ages to compose my expressional elements and symbols; that accumulation of images is also coming from my passion of heritage of the traditional Arabic folklore mingled with other cultures and translated into artworks. My pictures are an impression of my optical memory and a reflection of my emotions in a moment of meditation. Hope the spectators contemplate my pictures to explore each part of them, and they might spend long time to find out the hidden mystery behind them.
